Tax agreements and disclosures
What options are open to you?
If you find yourself under scrutiny it may be the case that you can come to some agreement with the tax authorities – but you need to take advice.
If you have received a demand for taxes outstanding or believe you may be liable for such, you may have recourse to various schemes offering a range of favourable repayment terms in exchange for the disclosure of the information. What agreements and disclosure facilities apply will, in part, depend on the nature of your tax problem and the jurisdiction(s) involved.
